Lori Neal

Lori is a passionate leader, speaker, and hospitality expert who has spent over 20 years as a pastor’s wife, walking alongside her husband in ministry. Married for 28 years, she and her husband have raised three children and are now proud grandparents.

As a gifted communicator, she speaks to women, encouraging and equipping them in their faith and leadership. Her heart for hospitality is evident in the way she hosts and serves ministry leaders, creating spaces where they can rest, recharge, and find clarity in their calling.

She helped co-found Clarity Leadership Collective and serves as the Director of the Horse Stamp Inn, the ministry’s retreat center, where she provides a welcoming and rejuvenating environment for pastors, business leaders, and their families. In addition to her ministry work, she is also an accomplished entrepreneur, having founded and successfully run a thriving wedding business, where she oversees day-to-day operations with excellence and care.

Her passion for serving, hosting, and leading makes her an integral part of Clarity, ensuring that every leader who walks through its doors finds encouragement, rest, and renewed vision.
