Jim Tinch has been happily married to his wife, Rachel, for 24 years and is the proud father of three. After years of success in corporate leadership, Jim transitioned into full-time ministry and now serves as Executive Pastor at Berachah Church in Middletown, Ohio, where he oversees family ministries and next-gen development.
With a focus on church growth, revitalization, and leadership development, Jim specializes in strategic planning, campus growth, and team development. A passionate mentor, he works with men, youth, and families to help them thrive. In addition to his ministry work, Jim also coaches high school lacrosse and enjoys spending time outdoors—hunting, hiking, and exploring.
