Carrie Dilley is a gifted communicator, leader, and writer who, alongside her husband Matt, serves as the lead pastor of Tribe Church in Plainfield, Indiana. With nearly 20 years of marriage and two amazing kids, Jack and Bailey, Carrie is passionate about family, ministry, and seeing people grow in their faith. Her leadership extends beyond Tribe Church into Aspire Network, where she mentors and supports church planters across the country.
Carrie is currently writing a book, using her love of storytelling to inspire and encourage others. A natural entrepreneur, she and Matt also run Average Joe Pools and a swim school. Carrie’s heart for ministry, creativity, and leadership make her an influential voice in the church and beyond.
