It was birthed out of personal experience, deep conviction, and a calling to help leaders find clarity in God’s direction for their lives. For years, Lori and I poured our lives into pastoral ministry, church planting, revitalization, and leadership. We watched God move in incredible ways, growing churches, launching new ministries, and seeing lives transformed. But behind the scenes, we also saw the weight of leadership take its toll not just on ourselves but on countless pastors, business leaders, and volunteers who were running hard yet running on empty.
We heard the stories over and over leaders who were lonely, burned out, and unsure of their next steps. Many were questioning their calling, struggling to balance their leadership responsibilities with their personal lives, or simply feeling exhausted from the pressures of ministry and business.
What if there was a place where leaders could step away, catch their breath, and find renewed vision for their calling? What if we could create an environment where pastors, entrepreneurs, and ministry leaders could be refreshed, refocused, and re-equipped to lead well without losing their soul in the process?
With that passion, we launched Clarity Leadership Collective, a ministry dedicated to walking alongside leaders, offering coaching, retreats, and leadership development to help them navigate challenges and move forward with strength and purpose.
We also felt led to establish Horse Stamp Inn, a retreat center designed specifically for ministry leaders and business executives to experience true rest, renewal, and clarity. Here, leaders step away from the noise of everyday demands and rediscover God’s direction for their lives in a setting of peace and restoration.
As Clarity grew, we quickly realized that this mission was bigger than us and it required a team of passionate, like-minded leaders who shared the heart to serve pastors, business leaders, and ministry teams. God began assembling an incredible team of coaches, mentors, and hospitality leaders who are deeply committed to helping leaders thrive.
Every person involved in Clarity knows what it’s like to carry the weight of leadership to feel the burden of responsibility, to wrestle with big decisions, and to long for clarity in God’s direction. Our team includes:
